Technically, oysters are in season. Their peak season is in the cooler months as they spawn in the summer and that is supposed to make them scrawny. Not necessarily a concern though in our modern times, but you know. Knowledge.
When we asked around about where to get oysters in Huntsville, a few places came to mind, but the pickin’s is slim in our inland city. We did our best to get you started though, for the next time you have an oyster craving and you can’t see the beach right in front of you.
