Just a suggestion,
Reggae bands would be great!!!!
No R&B or Hip Hop artist? Not even 1. Guess we know what kind of crowd is invited to MidCity. Just FYI Chris Stapleton has been invited to the bbq so black ppl will show up for him and sing Tennessee Whiskey all night
Please, please book Paul McCartney! He’s touring, this year.
I’m also interested in seeing Three Days Grace, again, and Kenny Wayne Shepherd!
Breaking Benjamin would be nice, as well.
Where are the R&B groups??
Will you guys please get more diverse. It’s sad that every one of the performers are catered to a specific group of people. I understand it’s early but you could have gotten more diverse performers. I am born and raised in Huntsville and would like to see a better choice especially when our black tax payer dollars are going to funding this. Not one r&b, not one pop, not one hip hip, not even a single jazz artist. I complain because I want better for my community.
Artist will also have to want to play in HSV. There is more to it than just asking a artist to consider your venue. We have no clue who they have reached out to and was turned down. Give it time.
Will there be any R&B groups performing? Not one listed.
This isn’t for us. Nothing is in Huntsville Alabama
This lineup is trash
Sure is!
I won’t be in attendance. No hip hop or r&b, what kind of discriminatory crap is this? Was so THRILLED for this but now I feel like this wasn’t built for my kind. Welcome to Huntsville
You took the words right out my mouth. Smh
There is not one black artist or any kind of hip hop or r&b? Seriously was looking forward to this but it looks like we all know who Midcity area is catering to. This is ridiculous. Take accountability and own up and get more diversity!
