This month’s question is one I hear every year about this time. It comes in many forms:
“I don’t want to cook. Where can we go for Thanksgiving?”
“Is there anywhere that I can pick up food from for Thanksgiving?”
“Is there anywhere open on Thanksgiving?”
So, to spare you some angst, here is a list of Huntsville Thanksgiving 2013 options. If you are aware of others, please leave them in the comments!
Huntsville Thanksgiving 2013 Option #1:
Dine In at Ruth’s Chris Steak House
At $38 per adult and $13 per child, this isn’t exactly a budget option. But it is a three course meal at a well known restaurant without any cooking, cleaning, or prep work on your part. They also offer a limited selection of side dishes ($30 each for a dish that serves 10-12 people) if your meal just needs a quick boost. You can make reservations online. There is no cut off date, but I expect that their seating will fill up.

Huntsville Thanksgiving 2013 Option #2:
Pick Up from The Eaves
Tired of the same turkey and green beans every Thanksgiving? The Eaves’ menu gives a broad range of options (roasted duck, pork loins, carrot souffle) for those feeling more adventurous.The classics remain, but characteristic to The Eaves style, have been amped up for the holiday. (Goat cheese and chive potato mash, burbon caramel pumpkin tart). The cut off date for placing orders is Monday, November 25th.
