As you’ve probably noticed, Huntsville has been, for years, suffering from a severe ninja shortage.
Thankfully, some local business owners are here to put an end to the ninja drought.
Chris Moore, Clayton Joyner, Joe Greene and Brett Milde are putting their unique backgrounds and experiences into opening The Ninja Obstacle Academy.
American Ninja Warriors
Chris Moore and Joe Greene are both competitors on Season 8 of American Ninja Warrior.
American Ninja Warrior is a show on NBC where competitors face off to see who can get through an extremely challenging obstacle course the fastest. Both Chris and Joe advanced to the Atlanta City finals.
The Ninja Obstacle Academy
The Ninja Obstacle Academy will be the first of its kind in the state of Alabama. It is for anyone looking to get in shape and find a fun way to exercise.
They will also offer classes to get you ready if you too want to go on American Ninja Warrior. If you have ever seen the show, you can expect to see some of the same crazy obstacles in their facility.
Including one of the toughest obstacles of all, the Warped Wall. The Warped Wall is a concave quarter-pipe that you have to run up and pull yourself to the top.
The Ninja Obstacle Academy will offer: Adult Ninja Obstacle Training Classes, Kid Ninja Obstacle Training Classes, Open Gyms, Kid Camps and Clinics, and Birthday Party Packages.
Each class will focus heavily on obstacle course training, strength and conditioning, technique, and safety. So whether you are experienced fitness enthusiast, a couch potato looking to make a change, or someone just looking to have a little fun this will be the place to be.
Their facility is located at2316 Memorial Parkway NW. Call Chris Moore at256-763-0256 or visit their website for more information.
