Are you ready for Huntsville’s first ever Comic Con?

Lowe Mill A&E and local comic book store Super Powered Studios have teamed up to bring the Huntsville geek community a one of a kind event with a uniqueness all its own.
Starting out as the brainchild of comic book artist and Super Powered Studios co-owner Nathan Massengill, the weekend event has grown in a few short months to include tabletop gaming, comics, cosplay, and special guests.
Here are the highlights of the two-day con:
- An all-day gaming track provided by The Deep Comics and Games that will take over a whole area of Lowe Mill A&E
- The original Bicycle Zombie Girl from The Walking Dead, Melissa Cowan will be interacting with fans on her “We the Zombie” Panel with fellow actor Chris Burns
- Top-notch cosplay contest Friday night with celebrity cosplayer Miracole Burns
- A wide variety of panels that include zombies, space exploration and comic book illustration
- The convention close-out Sailor Moon concert performed by the original English Sailor Moon theme song musician Jennifer Cihi
- A large dealer’s room area with artists, makers and additional special guests
But wait, there’s more…
- All autographs are free, including ones from comic book artists from Marvel and DC
- Cosplayers can expect freebies and cool swag
