Huntsville Fall Flavors
Fall is here and cooler weather is slowly making it’s way to Huntsville and with that comes all the fall-themed treats and drinks you could ever want. Just like a nice, warm blanket on a cold night; hints of cinnamon, pumpkin, and apple bring a coziness that we all crave!
This list of fall foods and drinks is just a peak into what Huntsville has to offer. Keep reading along to see a few of my favorite fall treats I’ve had so far this season!
Good Company Cafe
Good Company Cafe is located in South Huntsville. This woman-owned cafe has a whole list of fall inspired drinks including this s’mores latte! I’m a sucker for a good s’mores. Any excuse to have one in the morning is a win in my book. Their fall inspired menu also includes drinks like a coconut chai latte, maple-cardamom matcha, and a “pearfect” sip mimosa. Website
Staying on the s’mores theme here. For this next fall delight, I visited Pizzelle’s Chocolates over at Lowe Mill. If you’re a fan of chocolate, I 10/10 recommend you make a visit here. I always have the hardest time deciding what to get here, but with a mission to find goodies for this blog, it made it a *little* easier. This s’mores truffle is unbelievably yummy. Filled with marshmallow creme and cookie crumbles, I can’t think of anything else to ask for. Their lineup changes, so make sure to ask them about their fall chocolates when you go in! Website
Now that I’m off my s’mores soapbox, let’s talk about the seasonal drink menu at Honest Coffee! Located downtown, Honest Coffee is an awesome spot to hang out, work remotely, or just grab your morning cup of Joe while being in the middle of it all. I opted for the “Apple of my Chai” latte and I was not disappointed! It was a mix between a traditional chai and a caramel apple. The perfect amount of sweetness and it had me looking forward to the cooler days ahead. Their menu also includes a pecan pie latte, pumpkin spice latte, and you won’t believe it… a s’mores latte! I’ll definitely be back to enjoy more of these options on their patio this season! Website
Stella’s Elixir Lounge
If you’re looking for a fall drink with a little something more, stop by Stella’s Elixir Lounge! They just dropped their new fall cocktail menu and it did not disappoint! They had many options, including their “Sweater Weather” (which is their fall play on a White Russian), but I went with their spiced pear mule. This is a cocktail I will definitely have again and may even become a fall go-to for me! Website
The Moon Bakeshop
The last treat of the blog is a classic! Get your pumpkin pie fix at The Moon Bakeshop this fall. Their baked goods are always delicious, so you know this pie is a must have. They also have patio seating for you to enjoy those cool fall mornings. This is another place where the lineup is always changing so make sure to check out their socials or call ahead to see the specials are! Website
The temps may be dropping, but you can warm up with these yummy fall treats. I hope you enjoy them just as much as I did! If you find a fall-themed drink or food that you think is worth sharing, make sure to tag @wearehuntsville. Happy Fall everyone!
