About: “The band started at a surprise birthday party at my [BrothaRic Patton] farm out in Triana AL. I knew it was coming so invited so I invited lots of my old friends. Old musicians fakers shakers and hustlers , At the party we started jamming on the Delta Low low down blues , Cool Dave Hooks from Selma AL. on drums, Charlie Clemons fresh out of Texas on Bass , Ms Lori Rodgers was singing , I don’t know where she came from, and Pat Rice was knocking Peggy Scott out of the box. It was loads of fun and after the party everyone wanted to do it again and form a band. I was against that whole dang idea. I just didn’t think we had what it took to stick together.” Read more on BrothaRic Patton’s website
