There may or may not be an Our Valley Events staff member who hunts down Iceworks Shaved Ice truck at events (like Downtown Huntsville Inc.’s Street Food Gatherings) for a piña colada shaved ice.

Goat Cheese Frozen Dessert

If you’ve run across Humble Heart Farms at one of the local Farmers Markets, you may have noticed that they carry goat cheese “frozen” treats. It’s like ice cream, but the distinctive bite of the goat cheese elevates the experience.

But you still get the satisfaction of a creamy cool treat!
