Get ready for epic comic fun at the Huntsville Comic Convention, March 1st and 2nd at the awesome Lowe Mill A&E! It’s a blast for the whole crew – parking just $10 per carload, admission is FREE! Meet Sonic the Hedgehog’s artist Tracy Yardley, the voice of Jem, Samantha Newark, and a ton of cool animators. Explore artist studios, unique shops, and grab a bite at one of 11 restaurants! Don’t miss the cosplay contest for extra excitement.
2. Fire on the Mountain

You won’t want to miss Burritt’s Fire on the Mountain on Saturday, March 2nd, from 10:00 – 3:00. Our historic cooks will transport you back to the 1800s as you see, hear, and smell their work as they prepare historic recipes over our open fires and cast-iron cook stove. In addition, our blacksmiths will be firing up the forges throughout the historic park to demonstrate this fascinating skill. Please join us for this memorable day in the historic park!
3. The Community Kite Festival

Join us for the annual Community Kite Festival presented by AshaKiran and the City of Huntsville Saturday March 2 11am-3pm in John Hunt Park. This free public event celebrates diversity in our community, while enjoying flying kites, food, music, vendors and more.
