Everyone needs to let off a little steam now and then. Sometimes I just want to take a baseball bat to my car or my Playstation out of frustration, but then I’d have to pay money to replace them.
That’s what keeps most of us from ruining our stuff, but what if you could take your rage from that parking ticket out on a few smashable things with no consequences?
Welcome to the Rage Room.
Huntsville has a Rage Room and Here’s What You Need to Know

Thanks to two former food truck owners, Huntsville has it’s very own Rage Room, a new type of recreational activity that has businesses popping up all over the United States.
Rage Room has a series of closed-off rooms with items such as glass bottles or jars, VHS tapes, lamps, TVs, and other objects for you to obliterate.

You can make a reservation and pay for the amount of time and the amount of objects you want in a rage room. There is a wide variety of junk objects to choose from, or you can bring your own items from home.

Personal protective equipment is then given to you, like a jumpsuit, thick gloves, and protective mask. You then can smash to your heart’s content with a baseball bat, golf club, crowbar, mallet, or hammer, while smash-worthy music is played through the speaker system.
Rage Room also records a video of you during your session, and sends it to you afterwards so that you can relive all the fun.

If you want to try something a (tiny) bit more low key, there is a huge outdoor arena that can be used for Nerf Wars or Extreme Dodgeball – and where’s a more perfect place to have a team-building exercise with your coworkers?
They also provide packages for date nights, parties, and gender reveals.
So what are you waiting for? Get to smashing!
