WARNING: This post is for everyone who still wants to celebrate “Spring Break”, but who doesn’t have kids or has kids that you don’t have to worry about for the week.
We are the ones who are left behind, and still have to go about our daily grind.

BUT it’s still Spring Break. That’s gotta mean something!!
Spring Break for Adults (Because Everyone Else Left Town & You Still Have to Work)
March 13 – 17
Monday: Swing dance at Rocket Republic
It’s free and there is a beginners class at 7:00 pm. You can work on re-enacting your favorite scene from the end of Swingers. You’re so money!
Tuesday: Coffee tasting and pairing at Grounded Coffee
Get wired with coffee tastings! The cost is $5 – $10, but you just might discover your new favorite roast.
Wednesday: Cupcakes & coloring at the Library!
Hosted by Sugar Belle Bakery, this is adult color and cupcakes….because you can!
Thursday: Biergarten at the U.S. Space & Rocket Center
Biergarten is back!!! German food and beer under a giant rocket. What’s not to love! #SoHuntsville
Friday: It’s the ACTUAL St. Patrick’s Day!
Never mind that Huntsville will have already shot the shamrock by then, it’s still a good idea to wear green and do a little Irish partying on the actual St. Patrick’s Day. Good luck!
Don’t let anyone tell you that you can’t celebrate Spring Break even if you don’t have kids or are not on vacation. Make the most of the week and if nothing else, bask in the glory of less gate traffic on the Arsenal and the absence of your favorite crossing guard.
