If you’re anything like us, you look forward to the weekends.
Part of the enjoyment on a Saturday or Sunday morning is taking more time to enjoy a special meal with friends and family, and these are some of our favorite brunch spots in town for doing that.

Brunching in Huntsville
1892 East
We love 1892 East for the charming, historic Five Points location and consistently great experiences we have there.
Their Sunday brunch tops our list and for good reason.
They have an extensive menu, use locally sourced ingredients, and each menu item comes with a complimentary mimosa. #brunchgoals
Location: 720 Pratt Ave NE, Huntsville, AL 35801
Food Truck Breakfast
We stopped at Beast Mode food truck during the Battle of the Food Truck All Stars: Breakfast Edition this past weekend and tried the crepe Florentine Benedict.
Oh. My. Goodness.
I will just let the picture speak for itself.
You can also catch Fire and Spice occasionally teaming up with Bigfoot’s Little Donuts on Saturday mornings or various food trucks serving breakfast at the Brunch Party at Blue Pants Brewery in Madison.
Cyn Shea’s
Breakfast tacos and French toast are the go-to menu items for us when we head to Cyn Shea’s for brunch on the weekend.
Delicious food in a delightful cafe environment with live jazz music is a great way to make your Saturday morning meal special.
The enormous cinnamon rolls should be on your list as well
Location: 415 Church St NW, Huntsville, AL 35801
Mason Dixon Bistro
Mason Dixon is such a feel good spot from the moment you step inside the door.
The egg sandwich with goat cheese and bacon on a buttermilk biscuit is a must, and you can also choose ham and cheddar if you prefer.
Location: 2358 Whitesburg Dr, Huntsville, AL 35801
Cotton Row
If you’re looking for a special occasion meal, look no further than Cotton Row. The shrimp and grits are divine, but the fried green tomato Benedict keeps us coming back. We also have a thing for French press coffee. YUM!
Location: 100 Southside Square, Huntsville, AL 35801
As always, these are just a few of our favorite spots.
