Huntsville Comic & Pop Culture Expo
@ Jaycee’s Building, Saturday 3/19, 10 am – 5 pm
North Alabama’s biggest one-day comic and pop culture expo! This will be a family-friendly event with proceeds going to the Kids to Love organization. Adults -$10, Children 5-12 – $5, 4 and under are free with paid adult. If adults come in costume it’ll be half price!

@ Huntsville Museum of Art, Saturday 3/19, 11 am – 1 pm
Learn about the primary colors (red, yellow & blue) to create a whimsical work of art. Discover the artwork by area school K-12 students in the YAM 2016: Exhibition for Youth Art.

FREE Huntsville Vintage Base Ball Club Home Game
@ Lowe Mill ARTS & Entertainment east field, Saturday 3/19, 12:30 – 3 pm
The Huntsville Vintage Base Ball Club presents a new home team for Huntsville to root for – The Redcaps! Sticking to the rules of old, Vintage Base Ball players do not use gloves -it is a bare-hand sport- and the bats are solid wood. With new teams developing yearly, vintage baseball is bringing back an old spin on the game.
Dixie Derby Girls Season Opener
@ The National Speleological Society, Saturday 3/19, 4:30 – 8:30 pm
The Rocket City Rebels will start off the night at 4:30 and Dixie will play after the juniors at 7. Food trucks, snacks, and merchandise will be available. This is a family friendly event. Tickets are $12 in advance; $15 at door.

@ Wildflower Trail on Cleermont, Sunday 3/20, 2 – 3 pm
Walk with botanist Lynne Weninegar on the Land Trust trail named for its claim to fame: beautiful wildflowers. Bring your camera and and plan for an easy hike.
