We do love some good hot chicken wings. Partial to crispy and wet. We eat the celery and prefer ranch over blue cheese.
Also, we are bone-in flats and drums here with the skin on. No boneless or breaded wings are tolerated.
Where to Get Hot Wings in Huntsville
There are lots of places that sell chicken wings in Huntsville. Please tell us your favorites!
We can’t list them all, but here are a few favs.
1. Wings To Go
With a couple of locations around Huntsville, Wings To Go has pretty much everything you might want in a wing. Try X-Hot or Buffalo Garlic if you’ve never been.
2. Crickets Burgers & Wings
This Madison favorite has fresh wings and great sauces. Order them wet!
3. Ted’s Bar-B-Q
You read that correctly. A bar-b-q joint with wings, and the sauce is barbeque sauce and they are sticky and so good! Give them a try.
4. Humphrey’s Bar & Grill
Humphrey’s has great smoked chicken wings, which happen to be pretty darn good. No frills, just good wings.
5. Beauregard’s
A basket of hot wings and fries are great for lunch! We order extra crispy with ranch to dip and that’ll do just fine.
6. Baumhower’s Restaurant
Beer and hot wings. Yes, please. Order them extra wet with hot or 911 sauce.

You should try Hunt Club on County Line Rd. They are large, meaty wings that are also extra crispy. Get them with an order of Redneck fries and thank me later.
They also have some of the best burgers and sandwiches in the area. Wild game (Antelope, Elk, Venison, Bison, Boar) are grass fed, fresh never frozen, and do not contain beef fat fillers. The place is a gem.
You sold us on large and extra crispy!! Will give them a try..haven’t heard of that place so far. Hunt Club as a name makes sense if they sell wild game! 🙂
Bison’s on Madison Blvd is fantastic.
Johnny Gryll’s on University is great.
Hooters has actually stepped up their quality of wings immensely. Bacon wrapped wings. That’s all you need to know about that.
Tim’s Cajun Kitchen has the best smoked wings in town, in my opinion.
West End Grill, get the wings extra crispy with lemon pepper and a side of re-entry sauce.
Blessin’s on Bob Wallace is a hidden gem. Not a sit down restaurant but the 8 wings, fries, and drink for $8.00 is hard to beat. Honey Gold is my go to there
Try the wings at Big Oh’s.
Top two wings in Huntsville are Baumhowers and Moes BBQ
