Mo’ Sol’s energetic brand of Motown, funk, soul & hip-hop will kick off the City Lights and Stars 22nd season at Burritt on the Mountain. Tickets are $15 at the gate.

FREE Dragon Boat Race & Festival
@ Point Mallard in Decatur, Saturday, 9 am
This day-long event takes over Point Mallard, and along with action in the water, the water park will be filled with tailgate tents, music, food, and other family fun. Water Park pools and rides will be closed.

Good Day Children’s Festival / Good Night Grown-Ups Party
@ Lowe Mill ARTS & Entertainment, Saturday, Children’s Fest 12 – 4 pm & Grown-Ups Party 6 – 10 pm
Lowe Mill and Rocket City Mom present “Good Day Gets the Blues” and all activities are geared toward live blues music, art, gardening, and hands-on activities. Wear your favorite “blue” jeans, tops, shoes and dresses. Suggested donation of $7 per car.
FREE Admission
- Mothers get in free to the US Space & Rocket Center with one paid admission Sunday, 9 am – 5 pm.
- Mothers get in free to Burritt on the Mountain with one paid admission Sunday, 12 – 4 pm.
