FYI – Athens Grease Festival to be held Sat, Sept 27th (athensgreasefestival.com) and Tennessee Valley Old Time Fiddlers Convention in Athens Fri & Sat, Oct 3-4th (athens.edu/fiddlers). Both are great family events!
The Grease Festival will have reps from the Guiness World Book of Records to try for the biggest toga party. Come dressed in your best toga (see FB and website for tutorials) and have a ball trying your greasy favorites and oddities while enjoying a Dubs burger eating contest for adults and children, riding a mechanical bull, and many other activities for the family.
Thanks!
That sounds awesome!
