Big Spring Environmental likes to see articles like this because they encourage reuse and recycling of discarded items. Whether it’s “upcycling” an unwanted piece of furniture with a little paint and creativity or simply buying gently used clothing to wear, the important thing is that these items are kept out of the waste stream. The best part? As you’ve mentioned, many stores allow you to support local charities and the community at the same time. That’s a home run!
Thank you for the comment Big Spring Enviro! It’s very important indeed!
