Mix and Match at The Eaves
Join In The Loop Communications at The Eaves on Thursday, October 17th at 6:30pm to learn how to make your very own personal pan pizza at four different cooking stations. Every station will have a mix up of different people who you may – or may not – match with. If it’s a miss, don’t worry, you’ll be moving on in 10 minutes.
While the pizzas are baking a wine tasting will be offered. Guests will gather together when the pizzas have cooked and cooled to dine on their creations.
You will mix it up one last time during dessert when everyone swaps seats to meet someone new. Tickets to this event are $30 and available online.

Along with Mix & Match, The Eaves also boasts some great new events, which just launched last week. Recently the restaurant expanded their hours to include happy hour and dinner Thursday through Saturday nights.

- Crab Wontons: Scallion, red curry, cilantro, ginger, with Vietnamese dipping sauce & soba noodle nest.
- Ahi Tacos: Seasoned and seared sesamee crusted Ahi tuna dressed with dicon radish slaw & siracha-Hoisin glaze.
- Bistro Chips: House fried chips topped with a gorgonzola cream sauce, crispy pancetta, and fresh chives.

- Smoked Quail: Peppercorn melange with corn and potato hash in hunter’s sauce.

- Charcuterie & Cheese: Chef’s choice of rotating cheeses, cured meats, pate, pastry wrap, Camembert mousses in tuille, angel hair-Gruyere flan, pancetta wrapped figs with goat cheese and mint, seasonal fruit, toast points.

- Roman Snapper: Pan roasted Snapper, crispy grit cake, wilted spinach, sauce minestrone, fried calamari, and tapenade remoulade.
- “501” Chops: Ten ounce center cut-frenched pork chop, crispy artichoke hearts, stuffing of Gorgonzola and crisp bacon, apple cider sauce, Dauphinoise potato, brown butter broccolini
