Latham UMC Farmers’ Market

Dates: May 7th-October 1st
Day of the week: Tuesdays

What You’ll Find: Farmers who will sell the fruit, vegetables, meat, and poultry grown on their own farms.

Tuesday Farmers Market at Meridianville

Dates: June 4th-October 29th
Day of the Week: Tuesdays
Time:
June-August: 4-7pm
September and October: 3-6pm
Location: First Baptist Church of Meridianville

What You’ll Find: Fresh locally grown fruits, vegetables, soap, fiber arts, flowers, Artisan Bread, honey, flowers, jelly, james and more!

Terry Heights Farmers Market

Dates: June through October
Day of the Week: Wednesday
Time: 4-7pm
Location: Meadow Drive Baptist Church

What You’ll Find: Fresh, locally grown vegetables and fruit. Market is cash only.

Greene Street Market at Nativity

Dates: May 2nd-October
Day of the Week: Thursdays
Time: 4-8pm
Location: Church of the Nativity in downtown Huntsville
Address: 304 Eustis Avenue (corner of Greene Street and Eustis Avenue)

What You’ll Find: Fresh, locally-grown vegetables, fruits, herbs, and flowers. Meet farmers with organically-raised beef, pork, chicken and eggs; pick up freshly-prepared meals, gourmet popcicles, traditionally-made relishes, cheeses, preserves and breads.

Madison City Farmers Market

Dates: April 13th to November 23rd
Day of the week: Saturdays
Time:
April- September: 8am- Noon

What You’ll Find: A wide selection of local veggies, fruits, cheese, eggs, meats, herbs, honey, jams, jellies, relishes, home-baked goods, plants and flowers. Also featured at the market are creations from local artisans including handmade cards, soaps, lotions, candles, wood crafts, sewn items and other handmade products. Everything sold is grown or crafted by local farmers and craftspeople.

Bailey Cove Farmers Market

Dates:  June through September
Day of the week: Saturday

Madison County Farmers Market

Dates: July 1- August 31
Days of the Week: Wednesday- Sunday. CLOSED Monday and Tuesday
Time: Wednesday-Friday 7:30am to 4pm
Saturday 6am to 3pm
Sunday 8am to 3pm

The Madison County Farmer’s Market is one of the oldest institutions still in business. The market started out in the basement of the Madison County Courthouse as early as 1814.

What You’ll Find: Corn, okra, tomatoes, and squash are the biggest crops but, you’ll also find in abundance, fresh greens, beans, field peas and fresh fruits.
