Everyone loves pizza so we decided it was time to share our favorite spots in Huntsville.
Earth and Stone
The Greene Street pizza is our pick when a pizza craving leads us to Campus 805 for Earth and Stone.
Named after a downtown Huntsville street and location for the Greene Street Market, the pizza features fresh baby spinach, thinly sliced red bell pepper, baby bella mushrooms, red onions, and Kalamata olives.
Grab a beer at Yellowhammer while you’re at it.
Address: 600 Clinton Ave W, Huntsville, AL 35805
Pane E Vino
Our go-to downtown pizza spot located at beautiful Big Spring Park, Pane E Vino offers delicious pizza with a view.
Sit outside on their newly remodeled covered patio while you enjoy your food with a view of the park.
As the restaurant name implies, they offer a variety of wine options. We suggest adding an order of their amazing breadsticks as well!
Address: 300 Church St SW, Huntsville, AL 35801
Big Ed’s
Big Ed’s is soon to be our favorite neighborhood pizza joint once they move into their new location in Five Points on Pratt Ave. We love the classic American pizza experience you get here and know that will continue in the new space.
Originally opened in 1961, this restaurant has deep roots in the community. This old school Huntsville restaurant is relocating to Pratt Avenue and should be open by Spring.
Address: 255 Pratt Ave NE, Huntsville, AL 35801
Spazio
Whole Foods is one of our favorite places in Huntsville due to the large variety of all things food-related as well as the fantastic customer service. Spazio, located inside Whole Foods Huntsville, gives you the option to order a pizza for carryout or to enjoy in their restaurant space.
The pizzas can range from classic to some of their wild creations like their pizza topped with pulled pork, marinated collards, Jala Jala pepper jelly, and Alabama white BBQ sauce. We often go with a veggie pizza on wheat crust when craving a healthier pizza.
For beer lovers, their taps rotate frequently with a mix of local craft beer and other special releases from around the country.
Address: 2501 Memorial Pkwy SW, Huntsville, AL 35801
Pieology
The best thing about Pieology is creating your own pizza exactly how you want it. With toppings like banana peppers, artichokes, ricotta cheese, and corn, the combinations are endless. No worries if those ingredients are a bit too adventurous for you because they also have the classic toppings like pepperoni, mushrooms, and sausage.
As if all that isn’t great enough, they make an amazing cinnamon churro dessert pizza. Visit them next time you’re shopping at Bridge Street!
Address: 365 The Bridge St #101, Huntsville, AL 35806
Sam and Greg’s
We always go with the Garden pizza that’s topped with black olives, green peppers, artichokes, mushrooms, onions, tomatoes, and fresh spinach. It is phenomenal, and they certainly do not skimp with their toppings. No matter how cold it is outside, you MUST get their gelato which is made in-house many times throughout the week.
Address: 364 Hughes Rd, Madison, Alabama 35758

Try Uncle Maddio’s Pizza – AWESOME pizza! Everything is fresh & delicious! Local craft beer on tap too!
Try The Boot Pizzeria also
You can tell Huntsville doesn’t have good pizza, since anplace like Pieology is not very good at all. It’s appeal is that it’s fast-Ish and everyone gets what they want, not that it’s high quality or especially tasty.
