FREE Concerts on the Dock
@ Lowe Mill, Friday 6-9pm
They’re back! And, with local favorite Microwave Dave & the Nukes headlining, and great weather predicted, this is sure to be a fantastic night out! Concerts on the Dock is a family friendly event that is FREE from 6-9 p.m. every Friday in September and October. Feel free to bring your dogs on a leash and food, drinks, blankets and chairs. Donations are accepted. Parking is limited (and $2 this season), so please carpool folks!

FREE The Platinum Year Block Party

United Way of Madison County is kicking off its Annual Workplace Campaign with a Community Fair as it celebrates its 70th year in Madison County. This FREE event is open to everyone in Madison County and is the perfect opportunity for you to learn how your investment is hard at work, hear the client stories, and share in food, fellowship and fun! There will be games for children and live music – and be sure to sing “Happy Birthday” to United Way of Madison County and have a piece of cake at 1pm!

FREE The Huntsville HangOut

Want to check out the US Space and Rocket Center’s Aviation Challenge Facility? Aviation Challenge has new bike trails, wooded hiking trails and is adjacent to the Area 51 Ropes Course Area. The Huntsville HangOut will include four camp activities, local outdoor exhibitors, live music and local food trucks. Admission and many of the activities are absolutely FREE. FREE Shrimp Blast

This year’s Shrimp Blast will feature The Jeff Whitlow Band and other great bands along with wonderful sea fare. Lots of shrimp and other fabulous food will be available to purchase throughout the afternoon and evening. Shrimp Blast is FREE for all to attend and is family friendly, so bring the kids! There will be face painting, balloon art, inflatables and much more! Get there before 5PM for FREE ice cream as well as a chance to win Sesame Street Live & Huntsville Havoc tickets!
