Street Style Gathering
@ Downtown Huntsville Square, Friday, 8/26, 5 – 8p pm
The Alabama Fashion Alliance and Downtown Huntsville, Inc. are partnering to bring fall shopping to the Square! There will be pop-up boutiques, a fashion show, and open entertainment district so you can stroll with a beverage of your choice.
Yoga in the Gallery

New Yoga in the Gallery program is a new way to experience and interact with art installations in our North Floor Gallery. Instructor Casey Bakula. $15 free.
FREE DayLIT and LIT
@ Downtown Huntsville Square, Saturday 8/27
- DayLIT will take place from 5 – 8 pm with kids activities and exhibits set up on Northside Square. As a precursor to LIT.
- LIT is a night of digital art projections, colorful light and environmental designs transforming all four sides of the Downtown Square into a living work of art. This juried festival celebrates the uniqueness of Huntsville through the fusion of light, innovation, and technology.
FREE Meshfest CANCELLED
Friday update – we just received notification that Meshfest has been cancelled. No new date has been announced at this time.

MeshFest is a diverse concert event featuring Reggae, Blue grass, Latin, and R&B and Sou with food trucks, dance and spoken word.
14th Annual Parrots of the Caribbean
@ Insanity Skate Park, Saturday 8/27, 5:30 – 11 pm
Parrotheads and music lovers everywhere are invited to don their grass skirts, Hawaiian shirts, and island wear to enjoy dancing, dining, and libations in a fabulous island theme at this fundraising event. Music by Juice. Tickets are $25 at the door.

Chamber Music Festival featuring 5 performances throughout the weekend. Most reserved seats are booked, but there may be some limited walk-ups available and you can also watch the live stream on Facebook!
