If you like chicken, burgers, beer, or kombucha, then you’re in luck! Here are four new Huntsville spots you’re sure to love.
4 New Spots in Huntsville We’re Loving This Month
Tribal Kombucha
The wait is over! Alabama’s FIRST kombucha taproom is finally open in the former Alchemy Lounge space at Lowe Mill. Maybe you’ve tried their kombucha at local restaurants like Chop Chop Fresh Salads and Farm Burger or bought a bottle from local Star Market, but the taproom takes everything to another level. Think green velvet couches, fancy drinkware, bohemian style decor, and good music vibes.
They are open during regular Lowe Mill hours: Wednesday & Thursday 12-6, Friday 12-8, and Saturday 10-6.

Fractal Brewing
Ever wonder what happened to the old Straight to Ale location off of Leeman Ferry Road? It’s been turned into the new Fractal Brewing, and it is not to be missed! We recommend stopping by when they have food trucks like Fire & Spice out front (typically on Friday or Saturday evenings) so you can enjoy a tasty craft beer with your meal.
In addition to beer, Fractal has Harvest Roots kombucha on tap and even root beer makes an appearance on their menu!

Bad Daddy’s Burger Bar
Bad Daddy’s opened their first Alabama location at the new Times Plaza located off the Parkway earlier this month, and people have been lining up to get their burger fix. Choose a burger from one of the many on their menu, or build your own.
If you’re looking for an alternative to a beef patty you can swap for turkey, black bean, or tuna. If you’re looking to try something a bit different opt for the 100% buffalo burger topped with Monterey jack cheese, fried onion rings, and barbecue sauce.

Super Chix
Another new addition to the Times Plaza is Super Chix which just opened their first location outside of Texas right here in Huntsville. Obviously the focus around here is chicken: breaded, grilled, tenders, and sandwiches. You name it, they’ve got it! They also offer a vegetarian option called the crispy avocado sandwich which is a fried avocado stuffed with melted gouda cheese topped with lettuce, tomato, and garlic aioli.
Please don’t forget the fries OR the custard which features a different flavor each week. Don’t miss their house-made sauce bar with favorites like Nashville hot and honey mustard.
