1. TV & Movie Hits presented by Huntsville Symphony Orchestra

Toasting to great orchestral music from screens big and small – blockbuster epics like Lord of the Rings, Game of Thrones, and Pirates of the Caribbean as well as nostalgic nods to classic television. Music is what makes the magic happen, and we have plenty of thrills and surprises in store for fans of all ages.
2. Cabaret presented by Broadway Theatre League

Welcome to the infamous Kit Kat Klub, where the Emcee, Sally Bowles and a raucous ensemble take the stage nightly to tantalize the crowd – and to leave their troubles outside. Tickets start at $47.
3. Rocket City Gamefest
January 12
Rocket City Gamefest is a local Huntsville board gaming convention. Tournaments are held all weekend long and we have teachers available to help you learn new games. $35 weekend pass.
4. Clybourne Park presented by Theatre Huntsville
January 19 – 21 & 25 – 27
Clybourne Park explodes in two outrageous acts set fifty years apart. Recommended for mature audiences – Adult themes and adult language. Tickets $18.
5. Von Brewski Beer Fest
January 20
Sample beer from brewers all across the nation. Cost is $35 prior to the day of the event and $40 at the door. Your ticket includes a souvenir glass that doubles as your sampling glass at Von Brewski Beer Festival.
6. Mad Scientist Bash @ U.S. Space & Rocket Center

Geek is chic! This scientific nerdfest will include live music, themed cuisine and laboratory-inspired libations, and will sure to be “Mad Fun”. Tickets $85+.
7. The Sound of Music presented by Broadway Theatre League

8. The All-New 2018 Shen Yun

9. IMP’s The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee

10. Fantasy Playhouse Children’s Theatre Presents: The Watsons Go to Birmingham-1963
February 16-18 & 23-25
Told with humor from a child’s perspective, this play celebrates the triumph of family over hate and racism. This stage adaption is based on the novel that won the Newbery and Coretta Scott King Honor Book awards and that is required reading for Huntsville City Schools. Tickets $15.
11. Million Dollar Quartet presented by Broadway Theatre League
February 16 – 18
MILLION DOLLAR QUARTET is the smash-hit musical inspired by the famed recording session that brought together rock ‘n’ roll icons Elvis Presley, Johnny Cash, Jerry Lee Lewis and Carl Perkins for the first and only time. Tickets start at $47.
12. Alabama Shakespeare Festival’s Bear Country
February 25
What if you had the opportunity to get up close and personal with University of Alabama football coach Paul Bear Bryant? In the extraordinary play Bear Country–you can. Tickets start at $15.
13. Huntsville Comic and Pop Culture Expo
February 24 – 25
Meete the original Red Ranger, Austin St. John; Hercules himself, Kevin Sorbo; Johnny Yong Bosch, the Black Ranger, and later the Green Turbo Ranger; Fabian Nicieza, co-creator of the merc with a mouth, Deadpool; and we will have Mike Zeck and John Beatty, who will be available for you to meet – these two artists were instrumental in making the Punisher the icon that he is today! $35 weekend pass.
