Bridge Street Town Centre continues to expand its lineup of restaurants with the announcement of three new concepts that will soon be joining the development.
The latest additions include North Italia, Sweet Paris Crêperie & Café, and Shake Shack, giving visitors even more choices whether they’re looking for a casual meal, a coffee date, or a night out with family and friends. Each restaurant is also expected to feature outdoor patio seating, adding to Bridge Street’s walkable, open-air atmosphere.
North Italia
North Italia will bring its modern Italian menu to Huntsville with a restaurant expected to open this winter. Known for freshly made pasta, handcrafted pizzas, salads, and other Italian-inspired dishes, the restaurant offers an upscale yet approachable dining experience that’s popular for everything from lunch meetings to special occasions.
Sweet Paris Crêperie & Café
Expected to open in Fall 2026, Sweet Paris Crêperie & Café will introduce a menu centered around both sweet and savory crêpes, along with waffles, breakfast and lunch selections, coffee, and specialty beverages. Guests will also find options like mimosas, wine, and champagne, making it a destination for brunch, afternoon coffee, or an evening gathering.
Shake Shack
One of the most anticipated additions is Shake Shack, which is expected to open in 2027. The nationally recognized burger chain is known for its Angus beef burgers, crispy chicken sandwiches, crinkle-cut fries, hand-spun shakes, and frozen custard. Its arrival marks another major national brand choosing Huntsville as part of its continued growth.
Continued Growth at Bridge Street
The restaurant announcements follow several recent retail additions at Bridge Street, including Madewell, L.L.Bean, and Crocs, as the center continues expanding its mix of shopping, dining, and entertainment offerings under Tanger’s ownership. Since acquiring the property, Tanger has continued investing in new tenants while building on Bridge Street’s reputation as one of North Alabama’s premier lifestyle destinations.
