Rocket City Trash Pandas 2021

By Amanda Welch

Get ready Rocket City, the Trash Pandas have a spectacular first season planned for us this year! While their first official game was played in Chattanooga, the Trash Pandas’ first home game against Tennessee will prove to be a memorable one. Luckily, most of us are well acquainted with Toyota Field with events being held there throughout the past year, despite no baseball games being played. I know everyone is just as excited as I am to experience minor league baseball again in the Rocket City.

I remember attending many Huntsville Stars’ games as an adolescent at Joe Davis Stadium, and how much fun I had with my family and friends. We even caught a foul ball one time – pique baseball experience in my opinion! I am excited the Rocket City Trash Pandas will now be offering these experiences for new generations to come, my own daughter being one of them. With fireworks concluding every Friday and Saturday night home game, and other fun events sprinkled throughout the next several months, attendees are sure to have a busy, fun summer ahead! I highlighted special events below, and the official schedule can be accessed by clicking on the link provided.
