One of the nation’s most recognized upscale steakhouses is officially coming to Huntsville. Perry’s Steakhouse & Grille has announced plans to open a new location at MidCity District, with an anticipated opening in Summer 2027.
Founded more than 40 years ago, Perry’s has grown into a nationally acclaimed restaurant known for its Rare and Well Done® dining experience, combining attentive service, an elegant atmosphere, and a menu featuring premium steaks, seafood, and signature dishes.
The new Huntsville restaurant will span approximately 11,000 square feet and will include many of the features Perry’s guests have come to expect, including an expansive dining room, the restaurant’s signature Wine Wall, Bar 79®, patio dining, and private dining spaces for celebrations and special events.
The menu will feature Perry’s selection of butcher-fresh Prime steaks, authentic Japanese A-5 Wagyu, fresh seafood, and its iconic seven-finger-high Famous Pork Chop, one of the restaurant’s most well-known signature dishes.
The announcement marks another major addition to MidCity District’s growing lineup of dining, entertainment, and retail destinations. As the development continues to expand, Perry’s arrival adds another nationally recognized restaurant to Huntsville’s evolving food scene.
Construction and additional details are expected to be shared over the coming year as work progresses toward the planned Summer 2027 opening.
