One of my favorite new traditions that I’ve recently added to my repertoire of Christmas activities is the Miracle at MidCity popup bar! Miracle at MidCity is a super cool, kitschy, over-the-top popup bar at The Camp in MidCity. Located at 5909 University Drive in Huntsville, The Camp is well known around the Tennessee Valley and is a popular venue for live music, markets, unique events, food, and drinks! It is personally one of my favorite places to hangout in Huntsville! The Camp family really know how to throw a party, so it’s no surprise they went all out for the holidays. If you’re looking for a one stop shop for all things fun, food, and festivities… look no further than The Camp!
The folks down at MidCity have really outdone themselves by adorning the ENTIRE venue (Yes, even The Greenroom – their amazing coffee shop) with thousands of lights, holiday inflatables, a snow machine, ALL THE SANTAS, and MORE! Thanks to the local furniture shop and garden center Brooks & Collier (@brooksandcollier on Instagram)The Camp even transformed their stage into a living room – complete with two fireplaces, heaters, couches, tables, Christmas trees, and ALL THE GOOD VIBES! They have many fun events lined up through December, so this is something you won’t want to miss! Click the link below to see all the events The Camp has lined up for the month of December!
S’mores are also available, and the firepits are hot and ready! Did I mention that Miracle at MidCity also comes with a long holiday drink menu that has DELICOUS and DANGEROUS seasonal cocktails (seriously, I only needed one!)? The glassware is even available for purchase, and would make great gifts or stocking stuffers – just ask one of the bartenders! Their menu is also delicious and prepared fresh every time. You might be curious, what if it gets cold? Don’t worry, Huntsville, The Camp has you covered – literally! Each area is covered so if it rains, you won’t get wet! There are also plenty of heaters to go around for everyone at The Camp! Something new they’ve added this year are the three cabins adjacent from the bar. Each holiday – themed cabin has ample seating with a table, a heater, and television.
Reservations are not required for Miracle at MidCity, but The Camp staff prefers it for parties of six or more! Here’s the rundown – customers who wish to reserve a spot for their party can make a reservation for one of the rooms offered at The Camp for different price points. Along with the reservations customers will not only book their spot, but they will also receive a charcuterie board, milk and cookies, and table service with a staff member from The Camp! If you’ve been to The Camp, you know that table service is something they do not offer year-round so definitely take advantage of this cool feature while you can! I think the charcuterie boards are also DELECTABLE with an assortment of meats, cheeses, crackers, and jams. The Groundbreaker cookies are also a treat – as they are made by none other than The Bakingtist! Click the link below to make a reservation!

I personally think the best time to experience Miracle at MidCity is at NIGHT, so you can enjoy the holiday vibes and see all the lights! I also think getting dressed up in tacky Christmas / Holiday sweaters is an added bonus you could add to your evening and amp up the fun. Bring your FAMILY, FRIENDS, and FURBABIES – because this popup bar is for everyone! I brought my daughter, Anastasia, for lunch at Miracle at MidCity and she absolutely loved it! Her favorite parts were all the inflatables, the snow machine, and the FOOD! My favorite parts were ALL the photo opportunities, the DRINKS, and the fire pit! I’m also really excited for all the events going on this month (and every month) at THE CAMP!! Don’t forget to take ALL the pictures and tag @wearehuntsville @explorethecamp and @midcitydistrict. I can’t wait to see what The Camp and MidCity have going on in 2022! One thing is for sure, Miracle at MidCity is one of my favorite traditions now. Miracle at MidCity is only here until Sunday, December 26th, so I definitely recommend checking it out while you can! Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays, Huntsville!
