Glow Up at Skating in the Park – POSTPONED TO JAN. 4

Time: 9:30 pm – 12:30 am
Location: Big Spring Park, behind the Huntsville Museum of Art
Cost: $10 ages 9 & up, $5 ages 8 & under to skate and $5 to rent skates ($5 scooter rental)

Location: Big Spring Park, behind the Huntsville Museum of Art
Cost: $10 ages 9 & up, $5 ages 8 & under to skate and $5 to rent skates ($5 scooter rental)

About: Enjoy non-alcoholic sparkling cider in Limited Edition Progress Bank Glow in the Dark Cups and countdown with a simulated Ball Drop that will be projected onto the back of the Huntsville Museum of Art, powered by LED-Orange Productions. All this while skating to DJ Boskii.

Wizard Wands and Lightsabers presented by The Huntsville Symphony Orchestra

Time: 7:30 pm – 9:30 pm
Location: Mark C. Smith Concert Hall, Von Braun Center
Cost: Tickets are $25 – $71 depending on seat location

About:Whether Wizard or Muggle, Jedi or Sith, you’ll have a blast at this season’s New Year’s Eve concert. The epic scores of John Williams bring the magic to Harry Potter and the Force to Star Wars.

Time: 8 pm – 1 am
Location: U.S. Space & Rocket Center Davidson Center
Cost: $65 – $150
Tickets: Available through the Space Camp Store website

About: Ring in the New Year at the U.S. Space & Rocket Center’s Davidson Center with the“Flashbacks Show Band”, cash bars and heavy hors-d’oeuvres.

Have Yourself a Jazzy Little New Year

Time: 8 pm – 12 am
Location: Huntsville Botanical Garden
Cost: $50 Individual/$500 VIP Table
Tickets: Eventbrite

About: The 2018 Have Yourself a Jazzy Little New Year scholarship fundraiser will feature jazz saxophonist Ryon Schultz. Mango’s Caribbean Cookhouse will cater an open buffet, cash bar and Chief Entertainment will provide music.
