Where to Donate in Huntsville This Holiday Season
The holiday season is about more than lights, events, and gatherings – it’s about community. And right here in Huntsville, there are so many ways to help make sure everyone has a warm meal and a little less worry this time of year.
If you’re able to give, consider donating to one of these local organizations providing groceries, meals, and hope for our neighbors in need.
Huntsville Assistance Program (HAP)
1001 Monroe Street SW, Huntsville, AL 35801

Donate Here
The Huntsville Assistance Program has been a lifeline for local families facing tough times for over 23 years. HAP helps Madison County residents with food and utilities – keeping the lights on and putting food on the table. The number of clients visiting all three HAP Food Pantry sites has nearly doubled in the last month.
They rely on community donations to stock their pantry and meet urgent needs throughout the year. You can help by donating shelf-stable food items and monetary donations are especially impactful because HAP can stretch funds to purchase exactly what’s needed.
If you would like to make a grocery donation to the pantry, please email
HAPCentral@HuntsvilleAP.org to schedule a drop-off time.
