WANTED: Zombie enthusiasts who love costumes, gore, and dancing ’till the dead rise! World Conspiracy is having their Zombie Prom at Lowe Mill Saturday, March 9th, and guests are encouraged to dress in their most gruesome attire!

Walking Dead

I had the privilege of attending last year’s Zombie Prom in my bloodiest getup with a few of my zombie-fied friends. Upon entering the prom, we were greeted by an amazing laser and light show accompanied by two very talented DJ’s.

There was an elaborate backdrop for zombie prom pictures, free food. And the night culminated with the crowning of the Zombie King and Queen.

It was an amazing opportunity to dress up and party with my fellow necrophiliacs. If you’re in the mood for something of the creepier variety, Zombie Prom promises to be a night to remember!

Get Inspired

Now folks go all out for zombie prom, just like they do for regular prom. And throwing a bit of fake blood on does not a zombie costume make. If you need a bit of inspiration for what makes an appropriate zombie prom get up, here are some of my favorite zombie movies that can provide some ideas:

Not for the Faint Hearted

I feel the need to warn some of you with faint hearts and weak stomachs. At the Zombie Prom, only those with the most disgusting prom attire get to be crowned King and Queen.

And some prom goers are going to be in it to win it. Here’s a rundown of what you can expect at the prom:

• Look your bloodiest: Crowning of the 6th Zombie King & Queen
• On the menu: Brains will be served along with other treats suitable for the walking dead
• Entertainment: DJ’s, Sound, Laser & Light show
• Say cheese (or brains): Free Prom Pictures will be taken
• Dress it up: Please come in your best zombie attire. You don’t want to be that guy…
