4th of July Quick Guide 2015 What’s up on July 4th? Quick list, just for you.

 

Red, White and Fun @ Sci-Quest

10 am – 4 pm

  • How much? Adults $10, Children 2 – 18 $9, Members & Active or Retired Military Personnel & their families Free
  • But will there be Fireworks? No
  • Sunscreen required? No, this is an indoor event.
  • Can I get my drink on? No way, this is a kid’s event.
  • Should I go? Absolutely! Your family will have a blast.

 

Spirit of America Festival @ Point Mallard

Activities start at 3 pm

  • How much? FREE
  • But will there be Fireworks? Yes, start at 9 pm.
  • Sunscreen required? Yes. Slather in it!
  • Can I get my drink on? Yes, there will be a Beer Garden on site.

 

City of Madison Stars and Stripes Forever Celebration @ Dublin Park

2 – 10 pm

  • How much? FREE
  • But will there be Fireworks? Yes, when it gets dark enough.
  • Sunscreen required? Yes.
  • Can I get my drink on? That depends….can you fill a flask?
  • Can I park on site? No, take a shuttle from Bob Jones High School starting at 1:30 pm.

 

Fourth of July Fireworks Extravaganza @ U.S. Space & Rocket Center – SOLD OUT

6 – 10 pm

  • How much? $20 car pass required, purchase here in advance or on-site .
  • But will there be Fireworks? Duh! They start at 9 pm.
  • Sunscreen required? Not really.
  • Can I get my drink on? Food & beverages (adult included) available to purchase.
  • Can I park on site? Yes, but you HAVE to have the parking pass.

 


 

Fourth of July Fireworks and Concert @ Providence Park

Starts at 7:30 pm

  • How much? Free
  • But will there be Fireworks? Of course! They start at sundown.
  • Sunscreen required? No.
  • Can I get my drink on? Yes, but purchase from a Village of Providence merchant.
